为什么单晶check cif-pdf与check cif-html对应不起来？

我有两个金属配合物的单晶结构，check cif网页版本的没有A类错误，但是通过网址上传cif文件自动生成的checkcif的pdf版本里面有A类错误，这是为什么呢，怎么解决，好着急，不知道怎么办...跪求大神帮忙，谢谢谢谢！！！！ 其中一个是这样的 Alert level A PUBL004_ALERT_1_A The contact author’s name and address are missing, _publ_contact_author_name and _publ_contact_author_address.
