博后面试内容，请指教 已有2人参与

Your first presentation will be a technical summary and your second presentation will discuss your approach to work. The technical presentation should be a 5 slide summary relating your technical expertise to the project requirements, including 1 slide showing your future research plans. You should speak for no longer than 10 minutes maximum. Your second presentation should be 3 slides on the following topic; ‘Your experiences and approach to working on multiple tasks’, including specific examples. You should speak for no longer than 6 minutes maximum. 博后面试分两个部分：（1）技术总结和（2）工作方法？ 问题：我感觉（1）中的technical expertise 和(2)中的experiences很相似呢？具体要考虑哪些问题？ 第一个中的 future research plans，我现在没啥规划，对他提出的项目也不是太了解，怎样下手？需要很专业，很好的计划吗？说错了是不是减分的？ 关于第二个中的Your experiences and approach to working on multiple tasks’, including specific examples，是不是举一些研究的例子就可以？ 本人口语垃圾，博后是不是很看重口语？ 请有博后面试经验的朋友指点下，非常感激！ |
