Senior Engineer, Algorithm Design Reference #:ICDD/VIDEO/1845/150911 Post Date : 14-09-2015 Close Date : 24-09-2015 Job Responsibilities Visual computing algorithm research and development. Modelling of visual computing algorithm design for hardware and software implementations. Software optimization for efficient execution. Requirements PhD / MS or equivalent education with 3+ years experience / BS or equivalent education with 6+ years experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Visual Computing related fields. Solid background and impactful deliverables in image/video processing, computer vision, machine learning, computer graphics and relevant areas. Proficiency in C/C++, Matlab and Java programming. Knowledge and experience with 3D vision coding standard and mobile chip set development is a plus. Familiarity with hardware design, embedded systems and CUDA/OpenGL/DirectX is a plus. Application Appointment will be on renewable contract terms with a competitive salary and performance-linked variable pay. Fringe benefits include paid leave, medical and dental benefits, insurance coverage and contribution to MPF. The incumbent will normally work under a five-day week schedule.
