结合最近综述文献探讨纳米粒子发展的新方向

1. AccChemRes将要出新专辑nanoscience， 让我们看一下里面的几篇文献： murphy的Gold Nanoparticles in Biology: Beyond Toxicity to Cellular Imaging； cheon的Synergistically Integrated Nanoparticles as Multimodal Probes for Nanobiotechnology xiayounan的Gold Nanocages: Synthesis, Properties, and Applications Ei-sayed的Noble Metals on the Nanoscale: Optical and Photothermal Properties and Some Applications in Imaging, Sensing, Biology, and Medicine 2. Chem Soc Rev的最新专辑：Gold: Chemistry, Materials and Catalysis 虽然题目并没涉及到纳米粒子，但里面出现纳米粒子的文章有很多，这里面除了催化就是生物应用方面的了，生物应用相关的包括 lizmarzan的形貌控制Shape control in gold nanoparticle synthesis以及光学性质Modelling the optical response of gold nanoparticles；Biological applications of gold nanoparticles；The use of gold nanoparticles in diagnostics and detection chemical biology也对此作了insight：why gold is so precious to biological scientists 3. AngewChem今年的几篇综述：Chemical design of nanoparticle probes for high-performance magnetic resonance imaging ，Inorganic nanoparticles as carriers of nucleic acids into cells 从上面可以看出，早期做纳米粒子合成的很多都在生物应用中取得了一系列的成绩，他们将继续引领这个领域的发展方向。国内在纳米方面主要还是以材料合成为主，在发文章越来越难得情况下，从事交叉领域将有很光明的前景。正如murphy所说的We envision,in the next 5 years, intensive research activity focused on the in vivo uses of gold nanoparticles.in the 5-10 year time frame, that increased collaboration between practitioners the fields of biology, medicine, nanoscience, and nanotechnology will yield new fundamental insights into biological systems. |
