发了篇药动文章，专家提了一个问题如何回复？ 已有1人参与

This paper described a ultra-flow liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of 3,4-divanillyltetrahydrofuran in rats' plasma. Although as what the authors claimed that they are the first to determine the component in rat plasma, I did not see the novelty of this work... To my point, the run time of 6 min for only one component and the method of sample preparation which need "evaporated to dryness in vacuo at 4 ˚C" make it critical and lack of high-throughput. 我做的是一个新药的药动，专家说缺少创新 应如何回答? 一针走六分钟 也不是很长啊~~ 请高手指点迷津，助我顺利发表~~ |
