JCS退修，小虫英语欠佳，有几个问题求助

投的J Chrom SCI，这几天退修了，主要写的是指纹图谱和化学计量学解决一个天然药物的种类鉴别问题，专家给的意见中有几条不太懂，贴出来希望大家能帮帮我 1. Line 190: “angle cosine” values correspond to (Pearson) correlation coefficients if the data are centered. 2. Lines 200-206: The approach is naïve, nevertheless it might work, but better options are also exist. 3. Lines 211-217: The ranking of samples or its categorization might be compared using sum of ranking differences. （有谁能帮我解释一下sum of ranking differences这个方法吗） 4. Lines 226-227: “16 characteristic peaks” I wonder whether one can find marker(s) among them. Otherwise the manuscript is well written and most of the errors can be corrected within the framework of a minor revision. |
