一个样品用了氘代甲醇打谱,同时含水量比较大,可见水峰,出来的谱图与文献报道的有些出入,请问可能什么原因导致呢?
文献报道其用氘代氯仿打谱H NM R(CD3COCD3):δ3 .81(3H , s,OM e), 3 .90(3H , s , OMe), 3 .95(6H , s , OMe ×2), 3 .98(3H , s , OMe), 4 .00(3H , s , OMe), 6 .62(1H , s , H-3), 7 .08(1H , s , H-8), 7 .30(2H , s , H-2′, 6′)。碳谱为羰基碳在177.1,
而我用氘代甲醇H NM R:δ3 .848(积分3.011 ,s), 3 .868(积分3.051 , s ), 3 .926(积分3.015 , s), 3 .958(积分6.085 , s), 4 .021(积分3.030 , s ), 6 .715(积分0.996 , s ), 7 .182(1.000 , s , ), 7 .278(2.019 , s)
