[求助] 我的加拿大签证被拒了...... 已有4人参与

我是去联合培养一年。。。结果7-21网上申请，前两天说体检通过，今天收到消息拒签，给了一个这样的理由：
Applicant has not provided any information indicating that they meet the IEC program framework.
IEC是什么鬼啊、、、、

What is International experiencing Canada (IEC)?

International Experience Canada (IEC) is a Government of Canada initiative that makes travel and work easier for:

Canadian youth (18-35 years of age) interested in going abroad, and
foreign youth (18-35 years of age) interested in coming to Canada.
IEC is available in countries that have a youth mobility agreement (YMA) with Canada. It is also available to youth through a Recognized Organization. Depending on your country of citizenship, you will have a choice among up to three categories.

The three categories under IEC are:

Working Holiday
Young Professionals
International Co-op Internship
Each category has specific criteria you must meet in order to participate in IEC. Visit the IEC section and select your country/territory of citizenship to review the eligibility criteria for the categories available to you.
