µ¥Î»: Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, University of Cambridge ÏîÄ¿¼ò½é: This role is part of a project funded by the Medical Research Council (MRC) to study amyloid protein aggregation in vivo in a highly interdisciplinary group. The aim is to assess the kinetics of aggregation and trafficking of Amyloid ß and Tau, two proteins involved in Alzheimer's disease. The role will provide support to postdoctoral research associates to work with primary cell cultures, ips cells from patients, and nematodes; perform immunocytochemistry, image cells using confocal and multi-parametric and super resolution microscopy.
