Based on synthetic raw materials of 2,4-Diaminobenzenesulfonic acid, acetic anhydride, chloropropionic acid, the 2 - (2-4 - amino - carboxyethyl) amino benzene sulfonic acid was sucessfully prepared. In addition, by adopting single-factor testing method and orthogonal experiment method, the optimum process condition for two-step reaction was obtained, of which the advantages include mildness, simplicity of operation, and high suitable for industrial production. |
