16srDNA高通量测序数据上传NCBI数据库，怎么上传？论文投稿，审稿人需要序列号 已有1人参与

我投稿时，有一部分内容是土壤微生物16srDNA高通量测序，审稿人意见中需要测序的数据上传NCBI，并向他提供序列号。 我上传NCBI出现以下问题，不知道该怎么解决。 Server Error Your request could not be processed due to a problem on our Web server.
