课题组没钱，撤搞后收到回信怎么办 已有20人参与

Dear Dr. Xu, We understand the difficulties that some researchers may have in paying the required Article Processing Charges. However, since International Journal of Polymer Science is an Open Access journal, publishing an article in the journal requires the payment of Article Processing Charges, which replace the normal subscription charges used by most journals and allow us to make the full text of every published article freely available to all interested readers. The charges are needed in order to cover the cost of publishing the journal since we do not collect any subscription or advertising revenue. In light of this, we depend mainly on the Article Processing Charges in running the journal and it is our sole income. The publication costs of an article are paid from an author(s) research budget, or by their supporting institution, in the form of Article Processing Charges. 最少要400吧，一般可能6-800刀，不过这些刊物一般是印度朋友开办的，还比较好说话，楼主坦诚一些跟编辑讲一下，应该不会记仇的，放心。印度人喜欢写文章，喜欢发文章，虽然多半质量不高，但毕竟是半个母语，容易很多 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
