江西省赣州市水利电力勘测设计研究院创建于1963年。1984年以前名称为赣州地区水利电力勘测设计队;1885年~1998年名为赣州地区水利水电勘测设计院;1999年更名为赣州市水利电力勘测设计研究院。 全院现有职工96人,其中教授级高级工程师1人,高级工程师18人,工程师26人,初级职称36人,获得国家注册执业资格的有30人,其中建筑师3人,结构师2人,咨询师6人,水利造价师5人,土木工程师(水利水电)12人,岩土工程师2人。主要专业有岩土工程、工程测量、地质勘察、水文水能、水土保持、环境影响评价、水工建筑、水力机械、电气工程及其自动化、通讯、金属结构、工程施工、工程造价、土工试验、工业与民用建筑、工程监理、计算机科学与应用等。具有国家乙级工程勘察、乙级水利水电工程设计、乙级工程咨询、乙级水资源论证、乙级水土保持方案编制、乙级工程招标代理机构以及测绘、建筑工程设计、电力行业工程设计、工程造价咨询、工程监理等资质证书。2002年12月通过ISO9001:2000标准质量管理体系认证。 建院以来,已完成了赣江流域的章江、平江、湘江以及珠江流域的东江河源区等多个流域规划。已承担过一百多座(项)大、中、小型水利水电工程、城市防洪工程和送变电工程以及人蓄饮水工程的论证、规划、勘测、设计任务。在勘测设计方面着力于技术创新,应用新技术,解决了一系列复杂的工程技术难题。在龙潭水电站设计中采用了混凝土抛物线双曲高薄拱坝和新型表孔分流坎挑流消能工以及新型高水头混流式机组等先进技术;在仙人陂、罗边水电站设计中,于全省率先应用灯泡贯流式机组技术;在三门滩水电站设计中,采用了先进的“T型墩 — 差动尾坎”消能技术;在虎头陂水电站设计中,于我省首次采用了溢流坝弧形闸门 “横后拉”起吊方式以及35kV户内式变电站布置形式;在上罗水电站和赣州市章江南岸水电站设计中,分别采用了全国最大(单机容量和转轮直径)的轴伸贯流式和竖井贯流式水轮发电机组。 多年来,我院积极开展与其它设计院的技术学习和信息交流活动,与江西省水利规划设计院、华东勘测设计研究院和中南勘测设计院等甲级院都有合作关系。我院还聘请国内一些知名专家和我院一些退休老专家作为我院有技术顾问组,对我院进行的一些重点设计项目进行技术咨询。 近几年来,我院共荣获国家级和省级优秀勘察设计奖8项,省厅科技奖8项,省优秀QC小组成果奖6项,地市优秀设计奖7项,名列全省水利行业的前列。 我院以“精心设计,优化创新,使工程安全经济;诚信服务,恪守合同,让顾客称心如意”为质量方针,以提供一流的技术服务,创造一流的技术成果为目标,竭诚为社会各界提供方案合理、技术领先、业主满意的优质设计产品,造福人民,奉献社会,为水利水电事业发展作出更大贡献! |
