Educational concept reflects the understanding and cognition of a teacher upon education law, plays an guiding role in deciding the education method of a teacher, decides the education attitude of a teacher, and exerts an vital influence on the career development of a teacher. For the cultivation of outstanding teachers, the outstanding chemistry teacher talent class of the chemistry and environmental engineering college of SCNU ( South China Normal University ) made achievements because of their focus on the cultivation and shaping of students' education concept, and effort on cultivating students's education concept from aspects of innovating selection mechanism, enhancing education concept cultivation, reforming teaching practice mode, and optimizing education environment, so as to create a qualified outstanding teacher. |
