Senior R&D Chemist-Functional Fluids 招聘对象： 全职 工作地区： 上海市-徐汇区 岗位类别： 化工实验室研究员/技术员 职位描述： KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Design and implementation of lab experiments and stability tests and characterization in the field of functional siloxanes - Independent documentation via lab reports in Mandarin and English - Support of innovation product scale-up in plant on demand - Maintain samples, chemical substances, technical equipment, furniture and operational procedures in lab - Meeting the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards - Intelligence property and literature monitoring - Following up the EHSS requirement of company and especially synthesis lab REQUIRED QUALIFICATION - Master degree or Ph.D degree - Major in chemistry and chemical engineering, silicone/polymer-related preferred - Solid theoretical knowledge of chemistry, silicone chemistry preferred - Pronounced practical lab skills, especially in product synthesizing and purification - Basic analytic ability on spectrogram. Ex. NMR, GPC, FTIR and DSC - Diligence and creativity, quick response to work, efficient time management - Good command of written and spoken English - Solid IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook) - Soft skills: Open-minded, pro-active and communicational personality - At least 3 year R&D related working experience in chemical industries and synthetic chemistry (1 year working experience can also be considered if Ph.D) 硕士3年以上，博士1年有机硅合成工作经验，英文口语能交流 对此职位有兴趣者，请把简历发送至emily.wang@research-cn.com，谢谢 |
