上海大学材料基因组工程研究院是校独立二级研究机构，荣誉院长由中国工程院原院长徐匡迪院士担任、院长由中国科学院院士张统一教授担任。
研究院秉承材料基因组科学理念，目标是建设成为集材料基因数据库与知识库、集成计算与软件技术、材料设计、先进材料的制备、结构与物性表征、材料服役与失效、材料工业化应用研究于一体的现代材料科技创新中心。研究院围绕先进功能材料、新能源材料和新型结构材料，聚焦材料科学前沿探索和国家重大需求，集新材料研发与应用研究为一体，基础前沿与应用开发并重。作为专业性研究院，现面向国内外招贤纳士，欢迎有识之士加盟上海大学材料基因组工程研究院。
一、招聘条件：
1、博士期间从事腐蚀学科领域研究，精通电化学阻抗谱等电化学表征和分析方法。
2、熟悉金属材料表征科学领域常用手段，包括透射电镜，光谱学手段等。
3、有浓厚的科研兴趣，端正的工作态度，良好的团队精神。

Recruitment of outstanding young scholars—Materials Genome Institute of Shanghai University

Materials Genome Institute (MGI) of Shanghai University is an independent secondary research institution of Shanghai University. Prof. Kuangdi Xu, the former president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, serves as the honorary president of MGI. Prof. Tongyi Zhang, the academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, serves as the dean of MGI.

Guided by the concept of materials genome science, the goal of MGI is to build a modern material science and technology innovation center which combines the researches of material genetic database & knowledgebase, integrated computing & software technology, material design, advanced materials preparation, structure & characterization, material service & failure and material industrial application. As a professional institute, MGI is now facing all the talents at home and abroad, we welcome the people of insight to join us.

1. Requirements:
(a). Study corrosion science during PhD and know well about the electrochemical characterization and analysis methods such as electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
(b). Familiar with the common metallic materials characterization methods, including transmission electron microscopy, spectroscopy, etc..
(c). Being strongly interested in the scientific research, with professional working attitude and good teamwork spirit.

2. Qualifications
