审稿人意见空白，minor revision，是什么情况？

If your Energy research article is accepted, your Data in Brief article will automatically be transferred over to our new, fully Open Access journal, Data in Brief, where it will be editorially reviewed and published as a separate data article upon acceptance. The 2015 Open Access fee for a Data in Brief is only $250.
