  The 2nd international conference on career development and employment management will be held during October 9-10, 2015, in Hefei, China. International conference on career development and employment management, supported by Chinese Academy of Sciences, is annually organized by School of Management, the University of Science and Technology of China, in collaboration with other leading universities and academic journals. The first conference (2014) received scholars¡¯ widespread attention and high praise.
  The conference, with an effort to provide a high-level platform of academic exchanges, mainly aims to foster the communication and international cooperation among scholars, practitioners, and international students working in the common research fields of career development and employment management.
  This year¡¯s conference is also organized to strengthen the academic communication of international students from C9 League in China.
