[交流] 第二届职业发展与就业管理国际会议暨国际留学生学术论坛

职业发展与就业管理是一个综合管理学、经济学、心理学、教育学、社会学的多学科交叉研究领域，近年来受到广泛关注。2014年由中国科学技术大学管理学院牵头举办的首届会议受到了同行专家的一致好评，不少业内朋友发来信函希望能够将会议继续举办下去。
为进一步加强国内外职业发展、就业管理等相关研究领域学者的沟通、交流与合作，搭建高水平学术交流和国际合作平台，并为相关研究领域的在华国际留学生提供一个面对面交流机会，由中国科学院支持、中国科学技术大学管理学院牵头，联合国内知名高校和有影响力的学术期刊，共同举办2015年“第二届职业发展与就业管理国际会议暨国际留学生学术论坛”。

征稿要求：
1.本次会议接收单篇论文投稿以及小型讨论会申请。小型讨论会申请需提交讨论会主题、讨论发言提纲、参与人员、讨论时间等。
2.中英文摘要以及小型讨论会申请，提交截止日期为2015年8月30日。请将编辑好的摘要及申请书电子版直接投往[email]careerconference@126.com[/email]。
3. 来稿请在首页用单独一页以中英文注明作者的姓名、单位、职称、通讯地址、邮编、联系电话和E-mail地址等详细信息。
4. 被会议录用的论文摘要经作者同意后将由CNKI数字图书馆收录。会议将择优推荐部分中文优秀论文在《管理学报》和《管理评论》发表；邀请英文优秀论文投稿至SSCI期刊《Journal of career development》的Special Issue以及《Research in Occupational Stress and Well-being》的Special Volume。

2nd International Conference on Career Development
& Employment Management（ICCDEM 2015）

  The 2nd international conference on career development and employment management will be held during October 9-10, 2015, in Hefei, China. International conference on career development and employment management, supported by Chinese Academy of Sciences, is annually organized by School of Management, the University of Science and Technology of China, in collaboration with other leading universities and academic journals. The first conference (2014) received scholars’ widespread attention and high praise.
  The conference, with an effort to provide a high-level platform of academic exchanges, mainly aims to foster the communication and international cooperation among scholars, practitioners, and international students working in the common research fields of career development and employment management.
  This year’s conference is also organized to strengthen the academic communication of international students from C9 League in China.

The Areas of Interest Include (but are not limited to)
1. Employment guidance, employment policy and macro-management
2. Entrepreneurship behavior, entrepreneurial education and management
3. Vocational psychology, career development and management
4. Organizational behavior, human resources development and management
5. The theory, method and application of career assessment and counseling

2. Once the paper has been accepted, the author will be invited to give a report in the conference.

4. “Publishing in Top Journal” panel discussion will be organized.

1. The conference will receive paper submissions (only abstract) and the application for attending small workshop. Please submit the abstract to [email]careerconference@126.com[/email] by August 30, 2015 (Beijing Time).

The theme, time, participants, and speech outline of the workshop should be submitted
(2)Notice for paper submissions:
1) The front page should only include the following information: the authors’ name, affiliation, title, postal address, postcode, phone number, and email address.
2) After the approval of the authors, the abstract accepted by the conference will be received in CNKI (China National Knowledge Internet) digital-library.
Some excellent Chinese papers will be recommended to submit to Chinese Journal of Management or Management Review.
Some excellent English papers will be recommended to submit to a special issue of Journal of career development and a special volume of Research in Occupational Stress and Well-being.
