投稿EST被直接拒掉怎么办，没做下一步打算 已有2人参与

直接被拒了，是一篇关于纳米银毒理的，可以再投么，这个出版社的期刊基本上都不送审啊，现在名次有点臭了 Thank you for considering Environmental Science & Technology (ES&T) for your manuscript submission. ES&T receives many more papers than we can possibly publish and, as a result, we put a premium on novelty of research, its potential impact, the clarity of the presentation, and the relationship between the research and topics that are of greatest interest to our readers. These issues are described in detail in the journal’s “Instructions for Authors” section. I have screened your manuscript and have decided not to send it out for editorial review. My decision is based on the suitability of the topic for the journal, the quality of the presentation, and my experience with the review process. After examining the manuscript, I concluded that there is a low probability that it would make it through the review process. If you would like to better understand my decision, I suggest that you review the author guidelines and read several recent issues of ES&T. To identify journals that might be a better fit for your research, you might consider those that are most frequently cited in the reference section of your paper.
