WALKWAYS AND CROSSWALKS made of steel, placed where necessary as access aid to the
various part of the machine.
FOUNDATION PLATES made of steel, with foundation bolts and levelling screws.
CONTROL DESK equipped with PC, used to display and input the working parameters:
graphic set point to:
- adjust speed;
- set draw between unwind and rewinder;
- set web tension between unwind and rewinder;
graphic push-button to select working mode: tension/draw;
graphic push-button to select reel production mode: length/diameter;
electronic meter counter to check the length of the wound web with alarm at the reaching
of the set value and zeroing push-button;
graphic displays for web tension, reel diameter and power absorption of AC motors;
graphic push-button for the automatic/manual working mode;
on-line display of rewinder alarms.
The control desk is also equipped with the following controls:
auxiliary push-buttons and emergency stop;
start/stop push-buttons;
push-buttons for the manual control of the rewinder.
Doffing sequence automatically performed in sequences, stages and with the proper interlocks
by a PLC with remote I/Os connected together with field-bus to facilitate cabling.
The rewinder is also equipped with local control boxes positioned in different areas (drums,
slitters, unwind) to handle chucks, slitters, unwind stand and parent reel and facilitate
operations.
