大家遇到的奇葩拒稿理由 已有2人参与

本来大家都认为这个期刊很快，投稿with editor状态近一个月，然后就下面了： Thank you very much for submitting your manuscript to Applied Surface Science. After evaluation of its contents, we find that in its present state it does not fully fit to the scope of our journal. This is no judgement about the quality of your work but only a decision based on the policy of our journal. We suggest that you seek publication in a more topical journal, e.g. Surf.Coat.Technol, Wear, etc. I hope you can understand our decision.
