“Bioprocess and Biosystems Engineering”接收了一篇文章，接收快四个月后收到一份“Author's personal copy”pdf文件，里面有接收文章和下面这段话。想请教这是啥意思。是要付费还是不付费？我投稿时看杂志是不付费才投的。新手投稿，请不吝赐教。
