[求助] 请大家帮忙看看编辑返回的审稿意见，急求~ 已有2人参与

第一次投稿，编辑的邮件有几乎话我不太明白，特向前辈们求助
1、 Upon submitting your revised manuscript, please upload the source files for your article. 源文件指的是什么？
2、 We cannot accommodate PDF manuscript files for production purposes. We also ask that when submitting your revision you follow the journal formatting guidelines. Figures and tables may be embedded within the source file for the submission as long as they are of sufficient resolution for Production. For any figure that cannot be embedded within the source file (such as *.PSD Photoshop files), the original figure needs to be uploaded separately. 这句话的意思是不是讲也可以把图片放到源文件里或者插入word里面上传？
3、To facilitate the electronic publication of your manuscript (should it be accepted), we request that your manuscript text, tables and figure legend be submitted in an editable format (Word, WordPerfect, or LaTex only), and all figures uploaded individually as TIF or EPS files.这句话得意思又是不是要求图片要单独以tif等形式上传？
因为我的文章里面的图片都涉及到两个组的对照，切每一组两张图片下面都有相应的文字说明，想请教一下大家这种情况我修改好的manuscript应该怎样才算完整地传上去？
