第一次投稿，OE被拒，大家帮忙看下AE的回复，是不是可以转投AO呢？ 已有2人参与

After editorial review, I have determined that I cannot accept your paper for publication in Optics Express. A paper is acceptable for publication in Optics Express only if there is convincing evidence that, in addition to being correct technically, it also adds a new and important result to the field. I have found that your paper does not meet this criterion. Additionally, the paper does not describe new scientific phenomena, but rather a combination of techniques for a spectroscopic application. This paper is much better suited to a journal describing applied issues and/or spectroscopic techniques. One example could be Applied Optics. 以上的AE的拒稿邮件回复，Peer Review 一周之后 Immediate Decision Rejected 第一次投稿，很是生疏，而且没有附上CL和H 如果可以转投AO的话是不是要补上这两个文件并说明之前被拒以及编辑回复的情况呢？ 麻烦诸位虫友、前辈了！！ |
