帮你查了一下： Nystatin is soluble at 28 °C in the following: methanol (11.2 mg/ml), ethanol (1.2 mg/ml), carbon tetrachloride (1.23 mg/ml), chloroform (0.48 mg/ml), benzene (0.28 mg/ml), and ethylene glycol (8.75mg/ml). Nystatin is soluble in DMSO (5 mg/ml), yielding a clear, bright yellow solution. This product is freely soluble in DMF and formamide. Solutions and aqueous suspensions begin to lose activity soon after preparation. Heat, light, and oxygen accelerate decomposition. It has a shelf life of 24 months when stored frozen. 从描述中的有机溶剂，估计在水中溶解度不好，而且在水性溶液中不稳定 所以建议用乙醇或甲醇配制 溶解之后使用0.22um滤膜进行过滤除菌-20度避光保存 |
