| 介绍了一种应用于检测金属表面缺陷的机器视觉系统。该系统基于图像获取模块、图像分析和处理模块、图像输出量显示和控制模块来检测金属表面缺陷，并通过理论分析和试验检测了金属表面面状缺陷（如裂纹、裂缝、磨损、毛刺等）、条状缺陷（如条状缝等）、体积状缺陷（如夹杂物等）等缺陷。试验表明，该系统能很好的对金属表面缺陷进行自动识别和检测。 |

| This paper introduced a machine vision system for metal surface defect detection. Based on image acquisition module, image analysis and processing module, and image output display and control module, this system can effectively detect the defects on metal surface, and , further detect the planar defects (cracks, fractures, wear, burr), strip defects (strip cracks) and blocks of defects (occluded foreign substance) through theoretical analysis and experiment. The results show, this machine vision system have an excellent performance in auto-identification and detection of metal surface defects. |
