涂层系统经过热处理后,在涂层与基体之间,元素Ni和Al产生了互扩散,而元素Co和Cr则由基体向涂层扩散。随热处理时间的延长,扩散使得元素在基体和涂层之间的浓度变小。 After coating system was heat treated, the elements Ni and Al had a mutual diffusion between the coating and the substrate, while Co and Cr elements transited matrix diffusion into the coating. With the increase of heat treatment time, element concentration diffusion between the substrate and the coating is reduced. |

After coating system was heat treated, interdiffusion of elements Ni and Al between coating and substrate, as well as unidirectional diffusion of Co and Cr from matrix to coating occurred. With the increase of heat treatment time, the difference in element concentration between substrate and coating was decreased due to the unidirectional and/or bidirectional diffusion. 注: 1、互扩散,也就是双向扩散,可以用interdiffusion 或者bidirectional diffusion,与之对应的则为单向扩散unidirectional diffusion。 2、你最后一句话中英文意思是不一样的,不知道到底应该按照哪个说。其中中文部分有点说不通:“扩散使得元素在基体和涂层之间的浓度变小”。所以我理解的意思是“扩散使得元素在基体和涂层之间的浓度差变小”。所以我就按我理解的翻译了。 |
