I need a document on your university’s letterhead written in English stating that the university is specifically paying your salary for one year to do research while you are working in Sheng Dai’s laboratory at The University of Tennessee. Without this document I can not move forward with your paperwork. · I need to know how your health insurance will be paid while in the United States. Options are o If it is being paid by your university, this should be stated in the letter requested above regarding your salary. o If you are buying the CIE scholar health insurance here at UT, you will need to gain an American credit card or American debit card so you can pay for the health insurance upon arrival. I just need to know if you plan to do this, so I can state you plan to make arrangements to do this after arrival in the paperwork.
