[求助] 海外博后等待对方邀请信对方让我提供下列材料，有经验的虫友指点一二感激万分已有6人参与

I need a document on your university’s letterhead written in English stating that the university is specifically paying your salary for one year to do research while you are working in Sheng Dai’s laboratory at The University of Tennessee.  Without this document I can not move forward with your paperwork.

·       I need to know how your health insurance will be paid while in the United States.  Options are

o If it is being paid by your university, this should be stated in the letter requested above regarding your salary.

o If you are buying the CIE scholar health insurance here at UT, you will need to gain an American credit card or American debit card so you can pay for the health insurance upon arrival.  I just need to know if you plan to do this, so I can state you plan to make arrangements to do this after arrival in the paperwork.
After I receive everything I need, I can move forward with your paperwork.

本人现在国内3流高校副教授，请问这样的材料该怎么准备？自己从网上找一个学校的logo随便写一下？还是要到学校相关财务部门和外事部门做呢？应该不需要学校的盖章吧？有经验的虫子帮忙指点一二  感激万分
