MSEA投稿遭遇reject and resubmit，求建议

6月11投稿； 6月23 under review； 7月29 under editor evaluation； 7月30 reject and resubmit。 编辑回复： I am sorry to inform you that I must reject your paper, "******************", at least in its present form, for publication in Materials Science & Engineering A. The comments of the reviewer(s) are shown below. If you feel that the paper can be revised to satisfy the criticisms of the reviewer, I will consider the revised version. Reviewers' comments: Reviewer #1: It seems that the paper does not bring sufficiently novel information/data but it only extends the current knowledge on the steel types elaborated. Therefore it should be considered as "short communication" only, rather that as scientific paper. 这是让我重新按照短讯写一遍吗 希望大不大 有没有遇到同样事情的，有啥建议不。。。。 |
