[交流] MSEA投稿遭遇reject and resubmit，求建议

6月11投稿；
6月23 under review；
7月29 under editor evaluation；
7月30 reject and resubmit。

If you feel that the paper can be revised to satisfy the criticisms of the reviewer, I will consider the revised version.
Reviewers' comments:
Reviewer #1: It seems that the paper does not bring sufficiently novel information/data but it only extends the current knowledge on the steel types elaborated. Therefore it should be considered as "short communication" only, rather that as scientific paper.

MSEA现在热衷于给R&R，实际上和其他期刊的大修是一样的。

给了R&R基本中了，楼主好好改即可。反正我们组给的都中了。。。
