【求助】dmol晶格优化，限制条件失效

利用dmol优化超晶胞的晶格参数（仅C轴方向）和原子位置，a，b固定，α、β、gamma都固定，可是优化了10来步以后，发现gamma值突然发生了变化，能量也增加了许多，不知是何缘故，请知道原委的同行多多指教。随便问一下，如何通过编辑输入文件固定晶胞的某些参数，如角度、长度等谢谢。 [ Last edited by freshgirl on 2009-6-26 at 16:18 ] |

多看看帮助文件吧 DMol3: Supports atom positions fixed in Cartesian space, and partial constraints on the x, y, or z components of Cartesian atom positions, but ignores constraints on fractional positions and lattice parameters. Additionally, DMol3 supports fixed interatomic distances, angles, and torsions in nonperiodic structures. |
