文章被拒之后，编辑让修改后再投，求各位大神解释

期刊： Journal of the European Ceramic Society 编辑：I regret to inform you that in view of this clear advice I cannot accept the paper for publication as the detailed comments of the referee strongly suggest that substantial further work and rewriting would be required before the work could be reconsidered. It is, of course, open to you to do this, and if you do so, please make a new submission to the Journal via the EES website, including a clear description of the changes made in the covering letter. I would then begin the peer review procedure again. |
