投了一个SCI英文期刊下面是编辑的拒稿意见： I noticed that there is a similarity between this manuscript and the published article titled: Using Multi-Agent Options to Reduce Learning Time in Reinforcement Learning, published in the Proceedings of the Twenty-Eighth International Florida Artificial Intelligence Research Society Conference.
