第二个调整一下：
1、Report为何用大写？we describe xxx by IR transmission spectrum读上去很怪，可以考虑改成：The defect structure and dopant occupancy of Hf : Yb: Ho: LiNbO3 crystals were determined by IR transmission spectrum.
2. 这不是另一个帖子的内容吗？那里我的建议是： The effective distribution coefficient decreases for Hf4+ and increases for Yb3+ and Ho3+ with the increase of [Li]/[Nb] ratio in the melts. In all cases, the effective distribution coefficients are less than 1.
3. ...326 folds than that of the...改为...326 folds more than that of the...；另外was、is等时态要统一。
