在IJMUE官网上投了篇文章，过了3个月，编辑发了一篇文章说时录用了，按照其要求将终稿与版权转让发给他，但是一直没有教怎么付款，有投稿经验的么？ We are happy to inform you that your paper entitled "xxxxxxxxx", submitted to IJMUE, has been accepted for inclusion in the journal.
