| The high [Li]/[Nb] ratios enables to decrease the intrinsic defects concentration and improve the photorefractive properties for material use as well. Previous study shows that with the increase of [Li]/[Nb] in LiNbO3 crystal, many physical properties of the crystal noticeable change. Additionally, it is unclear that if the different effect of [Li]/[Nb] ratios on the dopant occupancy and light-induced scattering of Ho3+ ion would be observed in Hf:Yb:Ho: LiNbO3 crystal. |
