Unfortunately your manuscript does not currently meet the Journal's required standard.

Technical:

1. The corresponding author should be identified by an asterisk (include a full street address, tel/fax number, e-mail address)  on the title page of the manuscript.

In addition to the changes made to the manuscript file, please create a new file labelled as "Response to Technical Check Results" which is a response to each of the comments mentioned above.

This should then be uploaded in the 'Attach Files' screen, under the dropdown menu "Response to Technical Check Results". Without this, your manuscript cannot undergo further processing and will be returned to you once again.

Your manuscript is now located in your main menu under "Submissions Sent Back to Author".

To resubmit your manuscript, please follow the below steps (Please do not submit this paper as a New Submission):

*    Click on "Submissions sent back to author" link in your main menu

*    Click on "Edit submission" and then "attach files".

*    In the "attach files" step please upload the corrected files, including the new file 'Responses to technical check results' which you have just created

*    Build your pdf, then check and approve your submission so that it will be sent to the journal.
