[求助] 求助，投IEEE Electron Device Letters遇到了问题已有2人参与

投了一篇IEEE Electron Device Letters，今天收到了信，如下说
* The manuscript has numerous language errors. EDL uses volunteer editors and reviewers. We cannot afford to use these resources to correct poor preparation of a manuscript. Get professional help, as needed, but please do not resubmit a version which is lacking in careful manuscript preparation. Please note that it is the authors' responsibility to prepare a submission where the language and units used are error-free, symbols and acronyms are defined in the main body and abstract, and the text, figures and citations are of publication quality.

可是我的格式什么的，都是根据模板里面改的啊。
有没有虫友遇到过类似的问题，求助。
