信件内容如下，请各位帮忙看看，是不是专门拉稿子的伎俩？有必要接受么？谢谢！ Dear Sensor Community Member ! We are in the process of inviting the International Program Committee members for the 1st International Conference on Sensors Engineering and Electronics Instrumental Advances (SEIA' 2015). We would greatly appreciate you accept our invitation to join the conference committee. The conference in conjunction with the 1st International Workshop on Recent Advances on Electrical, Sensors and Transducers Equipments is scheduled to be 21-22 November 2015 in Dubai, UAE. More details are available on the recently launched conference's web page: <https://www.sensorsportal.com/HTML/CONFERENCES/SEIA_2015/> We count on program committee members to submit papers (hopefully attend), help reviewing 1-2 two-page abstracts, recommending new program committee members, suggesting topics improvements, and disseminating the SEIA' 2015 Call for Papers. Please reply to the invitation as soon as possible with your CV, most up to date affiliation and a few numbers of topics of interest from the conference's list of topics (see below). We would like to post committees as soon as possible and start distributing the Call for Papers. Make sure to include your topics of interest so as to facilitate the reviewing assignments.
