小弟第一次投SCI。折腾一段时间后，到了Proof：

Reprint Order Form : ***20150118273，环节内容如下：
Step 4: In the interest of the maximum dissemination of the scholarly and seminal research articles appearing in all the journals published by ### Press, we are pleased to offer to you, one of our distinguished authors, the following at the most-affordable price,
1) This allows for perpetual world-wide free access to anyone, from the publisher's website. The author reserves the right for unlimited reproduction and distribution of the article in any medium, provided the original paper is properly cited. In addition, the author is given free access (controlled by the author's email address) to the online version of ALL JOURNALS, for one year from the day of payment of the fees ($1500) in this option. (open access)
2) This option allows the author the right for unlimited reproduction and distribution of each article in any medium, provided the original paper in &&& (期刊名) is properly cited. In addition, the author and the author's institution may post the article on their websites (without violating our Copyright), for a one time charge of US$1,000. (free distribution )

All papers in &&& (期刊名) are (re)-typeset by ### Press [even if the author(s) have provided electronic versions in different formats] carefully, using LaTeX. Authors should not distribute the free electronic copy of the scholarly work published in &&& (期刊名) without the written permission from ### Press. For orders involving hardcopy reprints than the electronic copies, please ask for quotations.

上面(open access)和(free distribution )两种方式描述不是很懂，请高手解释一下，非常感谢。
