在看sorption的Sorption Adsorption isotherm task的help文件时,有句话看不明白,请教: 4. Optimize the structures, select an appropriate energy expression, and check the forcefield settings. If you wish to input any sorbates as a collection of conformations, use a classical simulations tool such as Forcite to generate a trajectory file. Note. When using a trajectory of conformations for a sorbate structure, it is recommended that you generate the trajectory via a simulation of a single molecule using the same energy settings as you intend to use in the Sorption calculation. a collection of conformations不知道什么意思? a trajectory file不知道什么意思? 谢谢! |
