| 将健康活鸡采取切割颈动脉方式杀死后，将其血液直接滴在16种不同颜色的布块上，制成带血迹的布块，每种颜色布块制作至少5个平行样本。UV-2450型紫外可见分光光度计(日本，岛津公司)，附反射附件ISR-240A积分球，BaSO4标准参比粉末。扫描波长范围：190～800nm；扫描速度为中速；采样间隔：0.5；狭缝宽：1.0nm；光源转换波长：360nm。以BaSO4白板调整基线。方法一：以BaSO4标准白板作参比，将带血布块平整地固定在样本板后将其插入积分球样品光束，测定不同颜色带血迹布块的反射光谱。方法二：以相应颜色布块覆盖BaSO4标准白板作参比，将带血布块平整地固定在样本板后将其插入积分球样品光束，测定不同颜色带血迹布块的反射光谱。 |

| Through cutting the carotid artery of a healthy live chicken, then letting the blood drop directly on clothes in 16 different colors, the blooded clothes were prepared as the samples (for each color of sample cloth, at least 5 parallel samples should be made). After that,the UV-2450 type of ultraviolet-uisible spectrophotometer (Japan, the island ferry company) was used under the specular reflection of ISR-240A integrating sphere and BaSO4 standard reference powder. Equipment parameters were set as: wavelength scanning range:190～800nm；scanning speed was medium;sampling interval：0.5；width of slot：1.0nm；wavelength conversion of light source 360nm; base line was adjusted by BaSO4 whiteboard. Method 1: Setting BaSO4 standard whiteboard as reference, a flat blooded cloth was fixed on the sample plate before injecting the integrating sphere sample light beam , then we tested the reflection spectrum of blooded clothes in different colors.Method 2: Setting BaSO4 standard whiteboard covered by corresponding colored cloth as reference, a flat blooded cloth was fixed on the sample plate before injecting the integrating sphere sample light beam, then we tested the reflection spectrum of blooded clothes in different colors. |
