| We conducted a blanking experiment in which a silicon steel sheet (thickness of 0.5mm and diameter of 5mm) coated with a inorganic insulating layer was processed by a mould with mould clearance of 0.025mm and part material of Cr12MoV. Then through statistical analysis of the obtained experiment results, we fitted out a correlation math model of blanking frequency and burr height. |
