The Modernization progress of decline localism in the Era of Globalization-A case of Hakha dialect Abstract: Analysis the Contemporary Value and the Present Ecological Status of Hakha dialect, and it is pointed out that the primary cause of localism is the profoundly reform in Language Environment. Thus, we need to find out a modern way and transform wisdoms, explore the the Conjunction Point of traditional and modern culture, strengthen the government policy support and the propaganda guide, found related organs to collaborative work,and insist on systematicness , openess, standardization, dynamics,and persistence to protect and develop the Cultural heritage. |

As a result, in order to protect such cultural heritage as Hakha dialect, we need to work on a modernization development path of this dialect, changing traditional ideas. Based on the perspective of ecolinguistics and the conjunction point between and tradition and modernism, more efforts should be given on the government policy support and propaganda guidance for the dialect protection, and by establishing more related institutions and encouraging the collaborative work within, we should also adhere to the principles of systematicness ,openness, innovation, standardization, dynamics, persistence in the hope of protecting and developing dialects as cultural heritages. |
