| 目的 探讨免洗手消液在新农合居家腹膜透析患者中的应用效果。方法 将我院2012年1月1日-2014年6月1日在本院住院置管行腹膜透析后居家腹膜透析满半年的新农合慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者52例，以实施干预前6个月患者回顾性资料作为对照组，在常规健康宣教的基础上加用免洗手消液6个月期间作为观察组。比较两组患者手卫生依从性和腹膜透析相关感染率。结果 观察组手卫生的依从性明显高于对照组，腹膜透析相关感染发生率显著低于对照组。结论 只有针对患者存在的问题采取有效措施，提高居家腹膜透析患者手卫生的依从性，降低患者腹膜透析相关感染率。 |

| Objective To investigate the Free hand-washing liquid elimination in NCMS home peritoneal dialysis application effect. Methods our hospital 1 January 2012 - the new agriculture after June 1, 2014 in our hospital peritoneal dialysis catheter peritoneal dialysis at home for six months of the closing 52 cases peritoneal dialysis patients with chronic renal failure to implement the pre-intervention 6 retrospective data months as the control group, on the basis of conventional health education on the use of free hand-washing liquid eliminate six-month period as the observation group. Results There were hand hygiene compliance was significantly higher incidence of peritoneal dialysis-related infection was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Only by taking the problems for patients and effective measures to improve the home peritoneal dialysis patients hand hygiene compliance, reduce infection rates in patients with peritoneal dialysis. |
