投稿IEEE Transactions on Computers 求助 已有6人参与

| 今年1月份投了一篇文章到IEEE Transactions on Computers，至今杳无音信，自投稿之日状态从未变过，一直是Under review。请教大家，这种情况是否正常，要不要发邮件给编辑问一下？审稿时间长点倒还好，会不会根本没送审呢？请有经验的虫友指点迷津，谢谢！ |

我投的是IEEE TRANS ITS，之前也是很久都没变状态，后来给编辑发了封邮件问了下，回复内容如下： In fact: - status "under review" means that the paper has been assigned to an Associate Editor but the AE has not invited any reviewer yet; - status "awaiting reviewers assignment" means that the AE has started to invite reviewers but he has not reached the minimum requested number of agreed reviewers; - status "awaiting reviewer scores" means that the AE found at least a number of agreed reviewers greater than the minimum requested and that he/she is waiting for the response from reviewers. So status "under review" always precedes status "awaiting reviewers assignment" that always precedes status "awaiting reviewer scores". 貌似你的情况跟我之前类似，希望这些内容也对你有用吧~~ |
