the main raman spectrum group of lycopene and β-carotene abundant in tomato is identical and difficult to be distinguished through fundamental frequency. In this article, upon resonance raman spectrum technology, the content of lycopene and β-carotene has been determined through spectrum integral intensity of each compound obtained by measuring second harmonic. the present article proposes a method to determine the composition content of compound with identical group. | Tomato contains lycopene and β-carotene two important nutrients.Two ingredient main Laman spectrum genes are same, it is very difficult to separate the two components using the base frequency in the body .We use resonance Laman spectrum , the measurement of second harmonic, obtain the integral intensity of each ingredient spectrum with the software , obtain the lycopene and β-carotene content.This paper provided a method of detection of the same group content in the body |
