在MS的HELP中提到 If cell optimization fails with the following message in the output file: "BFGS: Geometry optimization failed to converge after ... steps", You should try one of the following: change electronic minimization algorithm to All Bands/EDFT scheme use a stricter SCF tolerance use a less strict Max. stress tolerance 请问All Bands/EDFT 的计算速度比BFGS慢吗？ Max. stress 设得大了对优化的结果有什么影响，需要在较大的Max. stress 先优化然后在调低Max. stress 再接着优化吗，Max. stress 可接受的值的上限是多少，也就是优化出来的结果可以被认可的值。谢谢！ |
