核心竞争力作为企业竞争问题之一的国内研究源于20世纪80年代的企业活力研究，90年代受国家竞争力研究启发，波特竞争战略竞争优势理论和哈默尔核心竞争力理论的影响，掀起对核心竞争力研究热潮，提升核心竞争力问题受到政府和企业的高度关注。在已有研究成果中，多是运用经济学思想，原理采用多种研究方法从不同层次、角度阐述企业核心竞争力，关于企业核心竞争力的辨识标准、方法等问题还未达成共识，少有企业核心竞争力原理应用方案。将企业核心竞争力理论成果运用与企业管理，需要有一个由思想理论向应用操作的转化过程，即研究企业核心竞争力管理问题，已有研究成果侧重于企业核心力开发、整合、利用和更新的管理方法，缺少对这一过程中相互关系以及整体规划性管理过程的研究。大型交通施工企业核心竞争力是否需要管理？是否能够管理？答案是肯定的[2]。构建核心竞争力管理体系成为大型交通施工企业保持和提高国内外施工市场竞争力优势需要探索的战略性管理应用问题。 [search]求企业管理翻译[/search] |

The domestic research on the core competence, one of the enterprise competition problems, derives from the study on the vitality of enterprises in 1980s. Since 1990s, inspired by national competitiveness study and influenced by Porter’s competition strategy theory and Hamel’s core competence theory, a study upsurge of core competence has been raised and how to promote core competence has been highly corncerned by the Government and enterprises. The core competence of enterprise has been reported and discussed from a variety of different levels and perspectives through all kinds of research methods based on the ediology and principle of economics. It is has been a long time dispute about the identification standard and method of enterprise’s core competence and a common sense has not been reached yet. The applications of enterprise's core competece principle are also rare. There should be a transformation process, viz. the management of enterprise core competence, from edidological theory to applicable opration, in order to apply the achievement of core competece study to enterprise management. The exploitation, integration , utilization and regeneration of enterprise core power have been emphasized in previous research, however, their mutual relations and overall planning management still needs to be studied. Do large-scale traffic construction enterprises need core competence management? May it be capable of management? The answers are affirmative[2]. The establishment of core competence management system become large-scale traffic construction enterprises’ strategic managing application problem needed to be explored for keeping and improving the competitive advantages in domestic and international markets. |
